Refund & Return Policy

At VuraPet™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we offer personal care items for pets, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety policy.

1. No Returns for "Change of Mind"

To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or if you no longer want the item after it has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Full Refund for Defective or Damaged Items

We take great pride in our quality control. However, if your product arrives defective, damaged, or broken, we will make it right immediately.

  • Eligibility: You must contact us at support@vurapet.store within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect, along with your order number.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will offer you two options:

    1. A Full Refund to your original payment method.

    2. A Free Replacement sent to you at no extra cost.

3. Order Issues & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and send the correct product to you right away.

4. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is processed and sent to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.

6. Refunds Process

If a refund is approved due to a defective product, it will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
