Free Tracked Shipping Australia-Wide 🇦🇺 At VuraPet™, we are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders over $45. We work closely with global suppliers to bring you the best pet care innovations at the best prices.

1. Shipping Times

Due to high demand and our direct-from-supplier model, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

• Order Processing: 1-3 business days.

• Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days (Tracked).

• Total Delivery Time: Usually within 2 weeks.

Please note: Remote areas in WA or NT may experience slightly longer delivery times.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our [Track Your Order] page on our website. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

3. Separate Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we ship directly from different specialized warehouses to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.

4. Customs & Duties

As we ship internationally, please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties if applicable. However, for most Australian orders of our pet products, these are rarely applied.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

VuraPet™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. However, if your package has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at suppert@sfuraway.com and we will investigate and ensure you are taken care of.
